We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. Because personalized items are custom manufactured with your submitted photos, non-defective items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse once printed. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains any printing flaw, we will issue an immediate free replacement or 100% full refund within 30 days of delivery.
